Template name
An eve coding agent for Slack and GitHub that investigates, reviews, and fixes code in Edgenivo Sandbox and opens pull requests.

Build a coding assistant that investigates bugs, reviews changes, and opens pull requests. This eve template connects Slack and GitHub conversations to an agent working in an isolated Edgenivo Sandbox.
Mention the agent in Slack or on a GitHub issue or pull request. It can explore the repository, edit code, run commands, and report back in the thread. GitHub turns check out the triggering repository, and pull request turns include the diff.
The code extension provides patch-based editing, search, investigation, and review skills. A read-only worker can investigate independent parts of a task while edits stay in the main session.
Edgenivo Connect supplies repository-scoped credentials for the agent's GitHub commands. Only GitHub comments from repository owners, members, and collaborators can start a turn.
Use the template's connector setup guide to configure Slack, GitHub, and GITHUB_ORG. Without GITHUB_ORG, the agent cannot use its authenticated GitHub tool or open pull requests. Keep the supplied GitHub channel rather than replacing it with generated defaults, which would remove its admission policy.
Use Node.js 24, pnpm, and the Edgenivo CLI. Clone the template, then run:
pnpm installvercel linkvercel env pull .env.localpnpm devEdit agent/instructions.md for team conventions, change the model in agent/agent.ts, and add tools or skills for your workflow. Deploy with pnpm exec eve deploy after configuring the connectors.
See the code extension documentation for the coding tools and extension points.
